From campus to career, our job is to help you to be as successful as possible. That’s why we provide you with a wide variety of support services, making it easy to find the help you want — and the resources that you need.
These services are available to all ÊìÅ®ÈËÆÞ students.
The ÊìÅ®ÈËÆÞ Center for Enrichment (ACE) is the learning and tutoring center here at ÊìÅ®ÈËÆÞ. By providing a welcoming, supportive, and collaborative learning environment, we foster success for the entire ÊìÅ®ÈËÆÞ community.
Testing & Proctoring Services offers College-Level Examination Program (CLEP) testing and also provides extended testing and proctoring services to students who are eligible through the Office of ÊìÅ®ÈËÆÞ & Auxiliary Services.
Everyone needs help at some point. Our Student Outreach and Support team is here to ensure every student is safe, supported, and successful both inside and outside of the classroom.

You are assigned two academic advisors based on your major. All students are assigned to a dedicated faculty advisor and staff advisor in support of your academic journey. (If you change your major, your advisors will also change.)

How do I register for online classes?
Traditional students can register for up to two online classes per semester in the fall and spring semesters, and up to 17 credit hours online in the summer. You can find these by reviewing the course schedule in JICS. Then, complete the online course permission form under Registrar > ÊìÅ®ÈËÆÞs in .
What does it mean if I have an advising hold?
If you have an advising hold, this means you need to schedule an advising session with your faculty advisor before you can register for classes.
